Job Description:
The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, implementing, and optimizing digital media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive online traffic. Key Responsibilities:

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Content Development, to align digital media strategies with overall brand objectives.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery of digital media campaigns.
7. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
8. Conduct research and analysis to identify target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to shape digital media strategies.
9. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
10. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines for digital media campaigns, including data protection and privacy regulations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role.
3. Proficient knowledge of digital media platforms, including social media platforms, search engines, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
4. In-depth understanding of digital advertising strategies and techniques, including search engine marketing, display advertising, and social media advertising.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive digital content.
